Corresponding Authors Only:
Only the corresponding author may upload documents. The corresponding author does not need to be registered for ICORR 2005, but at least one other author must be registered for the conference for you to complete the upload.

 

Reviewer Comments:

Please take the recommendations and comments of the reviewers into consideration when modifying your papers for final submission. 

 

PDF Format Required:

eXpressTM  is an IEEE-sponsored online tool, freely available to assist conference organizers and authors in complying with the latest IEEE requirements for PDF files. Using IEEE PDF eXpress will help authors to submit papers quickly and easily, and ensure that your conference proceedings will be posted on IEEE Xplore in the shortest time possible.

IEEE PDF eXpress will:

  • Convert a wide range of application formats to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs

  • Check PDFs, report whether or not they are IEEE Xplore-compatible

  • Provide assistance to correct problems with PDFs

  • Improve the quality of your proceedings, speed time to publication, and extend the reach and value of your conference papers.

Page Limit:

Paper length is four (4) pages, but 2 extra pages, up to a total of six (6), may be uploaded for an excess page fee of $50 USD per extra page. You will be given a link for credit card payment if charges are owed. 

 

Upload the IEEE Copyright Form:

The Copyright Form must be uploaded and submitted electronically directly to IEEE prior to submitting your final paper. You will only be able to upload your final paper if the Copyright form has been submitted to IEEE. If you have multiple papers you must also submit multiple Copyright forms to IEEE.  JavaScript must be enabled on your web browser -- the IEEE site requires it.  

1.      To submit the IEEE Copyright form electronically , go to the ICORR 2005 Online Submission and Click "Submit a paper or session proposal."

2.      Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Log in" next to "Scientific Paper."

3.      Enter your PIN and password (if you have forgotten your password, you may recover it from the PIN Wizard Page).

4.      Click "Enter" next to the Author of your paper submission number.

5.      Scroll to the bottom and select the paper (by clicking the radio button next to it) for which you are submitting a copyright form.

6.      Scroll up and click "Copyright Form." You will be taken to IEEE Copyright Management Page which is an external site.

7.      Complete the IEEE copyright transfer process at their website.

8.      Repeat Steps 6-8 if you have multiple papers.

9.      Close the IEEE Copyright Management Page window and return to the ICORR 2005 Online Submission which is still open on your desktop. Refresh/Reload the Page.

10.    Now you are ready to upload your final paper!

 

Upload the Final Version of your paper:
Please do not send paper submissions by e-mail. 

1.      Visit Online Submission.

2.      Click "Submit a paper or session proposal" (on the in the lower right hand corner ).

3.      Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Log in" next to "Scientific Paper."

4.      Enter your PIN and password (if you have forgotten your password, you may recover it from the PIN Wizard Page).

5.      Click "Enter" next to the Author of your paper submission number.

6.      Scroll to the bottom and select the paper (by clicking the radio button next to it) for which you uploading the final revision.

7.      Please check all information on your final submission carefully.  This is your last and final chance to correct any errors with the paper title or author names/affiliations. The information you provide in this upload will be used for the proceedings and the conference program.

8.      Click "Final Submission" from the choices.

9.      Complete the final submission form by verifying the Title and Authors appear correctly. Update the title or author list if needed.

10.    On the submission form, upload the text abstract from your final paper revision and click "Next".

11.    If you have not already registered the system will prompt you to register at Online Registration.  See registration instructions for more information.

12.    Complete the paper upload process by selecting the "Final Paper Upload" button.

 

Upload Your single “Digest” Slide:

This is a very important abbreviated version of your paper and will be the only thing that appears in the printed conference proceedings. (The full paper will be distributed on the conference CD-rom.) You will only be able to upload your single digest slide after the final paper has been uploaded.

A day or so after your paper is uploaded, corresponding authors will receive a request to upload their digest slides. Only then will you be able to upload your PowerPoint digest slide.

A single "digest" slide should be created in PowerPoint and submitted.

Please use the following instructions:

1.      Create slide from  Digest Slide Template.

2.      Go to Online Submission and click "Submit a paper or session proposal."

3.      Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Log in" next to "Scientific Paper."

4.      Enter your PIN and password (if you have forgotten your password, you may recover it from the PIN Wizard Page.)

5.      Click "Enter" next to the Author of your paper submission number.

6.      Scroll to the bottom and select the paper you want to process using the radio button next to it.

7.      Scroll up and click "Upload attachments" and follow online submission prompts to upload the Digest Slide.

8.      Please remember to upload a distinct digest slide for each accepted paper.

 

Submit a Faculty Disclosure Form:

A Faculty Disclosure Form for each paper, must be completed, signed by the corresponding author, and sent to:
