Instructions for Podium
Presenters
A speaker ready room will be available
for all podium presenters to practice their presentations in advance.
This room is across the hallway from the poster sessions. Speakers
should prepare a 10 minute presentation with an additional 5 minutes for
questions, dialogue, and transition to the next speaker. Moderators have
been asked to strictly enforce this time limit. If possible, speakers
should introduce themselves to their session chair or other Moderator
prior to their session. Speakers should arrive in main lecture room 15
minutes prior to the session in which they are speaking to upload/test
their slides. A PC laptop with MS XP, a CD ROM Drive, and USB Port will
be available for anyone bringing their presentation on a storage media.
Rosemary "Bonnie" Collard, the Podium Presenter Liaison will be
available at the conference center to help address other questions. If
