Registration
costs include all meals except dinner on June 30th.
At least one author of podium and poster session
papers will be required to register for the conference.
Cancellation Policy
As the start of the Conference is now less
than a week away and head counts need to be finalized a cancellation
policy will go into in effect after midnight (cst) of June 23, 2005. This
cancellation policy will result in anybody canceling at this late stage
being only eligible to receive 50% of their original registration fee back
unless there are extenuating circumstances which will be considered on a
case by case basis.
If you are unable to attend ICORR 2005 and
have a presentation please inform the Secretariat as soon as possible who,
if anybody, will be presenting on your behalf.
