Beginning January 1, 2004, Santiago Acosta will become the Director of our Core Laboratory Facilities, including the machine shop, electronics facility, and computer services/IT functions.  He, together with core staff, will set up new systems for job submission, job tracking, and costing. I will communicate further about these changes early in 2004.
